Cell Phones banned in CDA schools

It's been coming down the pipeline for a long time now and it's finally official. Cell phones, along with a slew of other electronic devices, have been banned from use anywhere on school grounds.

Going into effect this fall, the new ban seems to have been brought on by increased accounts of cyber-bullying and use of the devices for cheating. It will be interesting to see if students will be able to give up using their cellphones since the devices have become like electronic appendages for so many in their generation.
