Girls Softball and Boy's Baseball signups are available! Sign up for softball or baseball at the Recreation Department in City Hall until May 11. Do you have a dog? If so (or even if you just like dogs, Dog d'Alene is next Saturday, May 19. Check out all of this week's events in Coeur d'Alene below.

This coming Sunday is Mother's Day, and features a discount weekend at Silverwood as well as a free concert in city park, courtesy of North Idaho college. Also, be sure to check out this week's Art Walk on Friday, presented by Coeur d'Alene's Arts & Culture Alliance. If the ArtWalk isn't your style, you can visit the International Fly Fishing Film Festival at the Kroc Center on Friday evening.

Of particular interest to outdoor enthusiasts who want more hiking trails and outdoor opportunities in Coeur d'Alene's open spaces, check out the Natural Open Space Master Plan Open House this Wednesday.

Natural Open Space Master Plan Open House - Noon to 1:00p

This is the first of two open house events scheduled to view and comment on the Natural Open Space Master Plan. Some of Coeur d'Alene's Open Spaces are largely unused. The Open Space plan provides for acquiring, protecting, maintaining, and managing these areas on order to benefit Coeur d'Alene's population now and into the future.
