This is a great week for events in Coeur d'Alene! This year the Fourth of July falls on Wednesday with all the pageantry and celebration that usually surrounds the event. Check out Wednesday's calendar for all the events. Want to enjoy the fireworks from the water but don't have a boat? Check out some of the Resort Cruises! They have family and age 21+ cruises available.

Not willing to fight the traffic that comes along with Coeur d'Alene's Fireworks? See our list of all fireworks displays in the vicinity of Coeur d'Alene. If you choose the Coeur d'Alene fireworks show, please beware of the traffic issues in and out of downtown Coeur d'Alene and on the lake. Be respectful of the law. Police will be out in-force throughout the area, and the Kootenai County Sheriff's Department will be patrolling back roads and the lake to ensure safety is maintained. There will be a focus on intoxicated drivers both on the roads and on the water. Stay safe!

In other events, Coeur d'Alene Summer Theater begins its performances of Ring of Fire starting on Thursday, and there is an all-week blood drive by the Inland Northwest Blood Center. View all of the events by day below!

This year's parade theme is American Heroes join in the region's largest 4th of July Celebration at the parade, followed with activities in Coeur d'Alene City Park. Parade lineup begins at 8:00a, and the parade starts at 11:00a. It runs along Sherman Ave from 15th St. to Northwest Blvd.
